The company Team s.r.o. Banská Bystrica was formed by the separation of construction activities from the b.b.spol.s.r.o. company at the turn of the year 1995/1996.
The company’s management consists of workers with a long-term experience in the construction industry, who hold a certificate that authorises them to carry out selected construction activities under Act No. 50/1976 Coll on land-use planning and building order, as amended.
Team s.r.o.Banská Bystrica offers its services in three basic areas.
Main area - Supply and realisation of construction works, complex engineering and investment activities in the field of construction preparation - the headquarters are on Ruttkaya Nedeckého 4, Banská Bystrica in their own premises.
The Team company also has a sufficient capacity of construction professions and owns all the necessary equipment for ensuring construction in all phases - main construction - finishing construction - foundation work.
It employs renowned suppliers in all specialised building sections.
The company also offers cooperation in the following sectors: rental and management of flats and immovable properties, recreational services in own facilities.
The production warehouse is on Zvolenská cesta 37, Banská Bystrica in its own premises.

In order to ensure the complete supply of constructions, our company enters into contractual relations with suppliers renowned in specialized works and supplies (HVAC, chemical insulation, security systems, ASP computer networks).
